Rendezvous Reef Resort is located on Port Douglas Road, the major thoroughfare into the township of Port Douglas, approximately two and a half kilometre from the central town area.

The Resort is a spacious four star, garden resort complex spread out over 6 hectares of lush tropical garden and comprises 181 large fully self-contained 1, 2 & 3 bedroom double story villas which feature separate lounge and dining areas, bathroom, shower, separate laundry and full size kitchen. 

The reception, tour desk, shop and restaurant are located in a central complex and guest facilities also include 3 lagoon style swimming pools, 2 kids swimming pools, a 25m lap pool, gymnasium, 2 floodlit tennis courts, pitch and putt golf, barbecue areas and villa guest parking (not all villas).

The Terrace House Restaurant provides contemporary a la carte dining, open 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner. This resort is in a great location allowing guests to snorkel and dive the Great Barrier Reef.

Please Note 

Rendezvous Reef Resort has commenced an 8-million dollar refurbishment.  This process will see the Resort restored to its former glory but some impact will be felt during this time.  The first part of the refurbishment programme is the full renovation of reception and the Restaurant and Bar.  This will necessitate the closure of the current facility with completion of reception and the opening of the new Swish Restaurant and Bar expected in late April. 

During this time reception will be located in villa number 111 and charge back facilities have been organised next door at Mantra Treetops Resort for food and beverage requirements. Our office hours have moved to off season times with reception available from 8am to 6pm 7 days a week, if you know that you will be arriving after that time please notify staff at the Resort of your expected arrival and make use of our after hours phone located outside villa 111. A night manager will then check you in. The refurbishment of the entire Resort is due for completion by September 2008.
