 We are a boutique winery located in Ingham, North Queensland 115km North of Townsville and approx 300km south of Cairns. 

Our winemaker here at Pacific Blue Winery (Fruit Winemaker of the Year 2005) and more recently awarded

Australian Fruit Wine Show (Most successful professional Wine Maker 2008)

Pat O’Brien makes award winning Grape and Tropical Fruit Wines.  Pacific Blue Winery is the most northern winery still producing Grape Wines. The Tropical Fruits used in Pacific Blue Wines are Mango, Lychee, Lime, Pineapple, Red Plum, Passionfruit, Feijoa, Grapefruit, Cumquot, Jaboticaba, Ginger, Black Sapote also Garlic and Chilli.  

Our award winning winemaker has been carefully designing red and white table wines using Black Muscat, Mataro, Isabella and White Muscat grapes for the past 8 years to create his own varieties of table wines.  One of our Red Grape wines – Summer Red being produced from the tropical Isabella grape, hand picked from Foster’s Vineyard in Herberton. 

Currently all of our wines are sold through our cellar doors at the winery in Ingham and Kuranda, we also sell at market stalls throughout Queensland and we have convenient  online ordering on our website.
