Kidd Street Cottages

Our fully self contained cottages are conveniently located in the mountain village of North Tamborine and are just a short stroll to many fine restaurants,shops and the historic Zamia Theatre.

Our delightful gardens ensure peace andprivacy and a chance to view some of the mountains abundant birdlife.
Tours of the mountain regions of Eagle Heights,North Tamborine and Mount Tamborine can be arranged.

Please Note- Tamborine Mountain is the perfect location when holidaying on the Gold Coast if hustle and bustle is not your scene.

The Cottages


All cottages are fully self-contained and include the following features -

Rose Cottage - floral themed - a gardener's delight.
This is an ideal bridal suite.

Kookaburra Cottage - palms, cycads, tree ferns and hanging floral baskets.
This cottage has a ramp for wheelchair access.

Blue Wren Cottage - orange trees & tree ferns
This cottage is 2 bedroom suitable for small families or group share.

Other Information


  • We are able to offer transport to/from Coolangatta and Brisbane airports and from the airport train link line from Coomera or Helensvale Stations and from the Gold coast.(via www.tamborinentrolleys.com.au).
  • We are located a short stroll to the small village of North Tamborine where fine dining, relaxed cafe atmospere encourages many return visitors to Tamborine MT.
  • Three of the mountians nine National Parks are within walking distance to Kidd Street Cottages.
  • We are happy to book winery/scenic tours/Bird watching tours.
  • In - house massage can be arranged along with local produce hampers,also in house meals from the local well known restaurants.
  • The cottages are fully self catering and BBQs are available for use in the private garden setting.
