From the highway bridge over to Redcliffe Peninsula turn right and follow the coast road to Woody Point. Turn left into Oxley Avenue then travel 5 kilometers to 585 Oxley Avenue, Scarborough. The property is located on the left side of the road.

The building is a two storey Queenslander style dwelling with arches and a white picket fence. The building sits on a wide block and has private parking with a remote control gate.
