Although inspired by the Venetian Ceremonial Gondola, these gondolas have been specifically designed for Australian conditions while providing passengers with total privacy and the ultimate in comfort and luxury. Unlike the Venetian gondolas, these gondolas incorporate a fixed weatherproof cabin with a rigid soundproof panel separating the gondolier from yourselves, thus affording you absolute privacy.
The elegant and distinctive interiors surround you in comfort and luxury as you sink into plush sheep skin covered seats. The dining table is beautifully appointed and includes table flowers, candle lantern, ice bucket and glasses. Fleecy rugs are also provided in cooler weather.

CRUISE OPTIONS
Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Dinner and Un-catered cruises operate daily from 9-00 am till late on an exclusive charter basis for groups of 2 to 6 persons.
CRUISE DURATION
Customers have the option of a 1, 1 ½ or 2 hour cruise with the 1 ½ hour cruise being the most popular choice. Those who do the 1 hour cruise wish they had cruised for longer as they were enjoying it so much.
DEPARTURE TIMES
Due to the fact that all cruises operate on an exclusive charter basis, departure times can be flexible depending on prior bookings. Our gondola cruises are extremely popular with locals and visitors and as a result are often fully booked well in advance particularly over weekends and public holidays. It is therefore advisable to book early in order to secure their preferred date and departure time.
DRINKS
Drinks are B.Y.O. (there is a bottle shop at Mariners Cove ~ 30 metres down from the Hog’s Breath Café). Ice buckets, ice, glasses and opener will be ready on their Gondola.

CRUISE DEPARTURE POINT
Our gondolas depart from berth A8 at Mariners Cove Marina, 60-70 Sea World Drive, Main Beach. Mariners Cove is the first marina on your left as you travel up Sea World Drive towards Sea World and is immediately before Marina Mirage. There is a Hogs Breath Café just ahead of the main car park entrance. Berth A8 is on the first arm down to your left situated immediately in front of The Wharf Restaurant.
ARRIVAL
Customers need to arrive at the gondolas at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time and need to have their B.Y.O. drinks with them (there is no corkage charge). It is also advisable to bring a warm jumper and a camera.
WEATHER
The cabin incorporates a number of curtains and clear panels which can be open or closed to suite prevailing weather conditions. Fleecy rugs are also provided. In the unlikely event of having to cancel a cruise due to extreme weather conditions, customers will have the option to reschedule their booking, receive a gift certificate valid for 6 months or take a full refund.
