The Bright Point Deluxe apartments are in the Mantra complex immediately adjacent to Magnetic Harbour and ferry terminals.

The passenger ferry, vehicle barge, sailing boat "Providence", and many other vessels all come and go from there, as do the island's buses. There is also a modern supermarket in the precinct.
