Scott & Sian Welcome you to Bowen Backpackers. Bowen Backpackers is a purpose built facility, it is clean and friendly and has trendy decor, large common area's and private balconies. Add a bunch of bi-lingal, multi-cultural travellers and the atmosphere is fun and lively. The Fruit picking season in Bowen is from April – December. Bowen Backpackers has an excellent reputation with the local farms, allowing us to provide reliable, honest work information. As well as providing transport to and from work we help to organise Bank Accounts and Tax File Numbers and supply all necessary paperwork needed for work on the farms. So all you need to do so show up!! The work season is very busy as you will soon discover, but there is always opportunities for days off to explore the beautiful lookouts and beach locations of Horseshoe Bay, Rose Bay and Murray's Bay.
